Phase-1 of the property development project, comprising 300 apartments and 61 luxury houses was launched in the second quarter of 2002 to overwhelming response. The rest of the property development site is currently undergoing construction and development, and is slated for completion by 2004.

Zhuhai, as one of the inaugural four Special Economic Zones established to attract international commerce and enterprise, is rapidly developing into a modern metropolis in the western part of the Pearl River Delta. It is situated in close proximity to Hong Kong and Macau.
